• Load time - Under 3 seconds on 3G connection
• Touch targets - Buttons at least 44x44 pixels
• Text readability - No pinching or zooming required
• Form fields - Minimal inputs, appropriate keyboards
• CTA visibility - Primary action visible without scrolling

Use browser dev tools to simulate different devices, but also test on real phones.
